At AS CARS UK LTD we are committed to providing quality used vehicles and operating in full compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and all relevant UK legislation.

Vehicle Condition & Legal Rights

All vehicles sold by us must be:
• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described

These rights apply regardless of any warranty provided.

Warranty Coverage

Some vehicles are sold with a dealer warranty and/or the remainder of a manufacturer’s warranty, details of which will be clearly stated on your invoice and warranty documentation.

Any warranty provided is in addition to your statutory rights.

Warranty coverage applies only to the specific components and time period outlined in your individual warranty agreement.

Items Not Covered by Warranty

Unless specifically stated otherwise, warranty coverage does not include:
• Normal wear and tear items (including but not limited to: brake pads, brake discs, tyres, clutches, filters, belts, hoses, batteries, exhaust systems, bulbs, wiper blades, fluids, and interior trim)
• Routine servicing and maintenance
• Cosmetic defects or bodywork
• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, overloading, racing, or improper repairs
• Faults arising after sale due to lack of proper maintenance

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must:
• Maintain the vehicle in accordance with manufacturer recommendations
• Use qualified repairers
• Keep full service and maintenance records
• Notify us promptly of any potential warranty issue

Failure to meet these requirements may invalidate warranty coverage.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability under any warranty is limited to the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing covered components. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of income, or inconvenience.

Important Notice

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Any terms or conditions are in addition to, and do not replace, your legal rights.
