A.S.CARS (UK) LTD is a credit broker and not a lender, offering credit products subject to a panel of lenders. As an FCA-regulated credit broker A.S.CARS (UK) LTD can introduce you to a selected group of lenders (a list is available on request) who may be able to help you finance your purchase. The seller will not charge you a fee for an introduction, but will typically receive a commission from the lender. Lender's commissions may vary. The commission received does not influence the interest rate you will pay. For questions about commission, please speak to the seller. Some sellers may charge you an admin fee that will be separate to your finance agreement. They will always let you know upfront if there is an admin fee to pay, and they will explain what it's for. Representative finance examples are for illustrative purposes only and relate to finance agreements available on this vehicle. The interest rate you are offered, should you apply, will depend on your individual circumstances. What to do if you have a complaint

Please provide your name and contact number where we can get in touch with you between the hours of where we can contact you between the hours of 9am - 5 pm Monday to Friday. We will promptly acknowledge your complaint in writing, investigate your complaint and endeavour to send you a final response within 8 weeks of receipt of the complaint. If we are unable to provide you with a final response within this time, we will send you an update. If you are not happy with our response, and you are an eligible complainant, you can escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman, you must do so within six months of the date of the final response letter.
